Our Programs.
EspressOasis offers three programs to allow for the most benificial operation of your gourmet coffee bar.
Full Service Program
Our full service program is our most popular program. This program offers all the benefits of a gourmet coffee bar with none of the financial or operational strings attached. As with all of our programs, we offer a ninety day "no questions asked" trial period. This means that you may terminate our service within the first ninety days, for any reason, if you are not completely satisfied.
Key advantages of the Full Service Program
- All facets of operations are handled by the EspressOasisĘ team including ongoing staffing. We will hire, train, and employ a staff of highly qualified "baristas".
- No financial outlay by the hospital or Food Service Company.
- We will solicit your help for bar design specification and colors but will internally build and purchase the bar ourselves.
- We will provide coffees at our cost, drastically reducing your cost of goods sold expenses for coffee as compared to other coffee suppliers or current vendors.
- Limits your risk while ensuring the success of the location
- Maximum commissions. When we staff our own bars, we are able to maximize our sales. Experience has shown that with our total involvement our bars are more successful and profitable.
- Higher sales yield higher commissions. Our typical commission equates to 50% of the total profits.
Partnership Program
The Partnership Program offers most of the benefits of the Full Service Program with the exception of the ongoing staffing. Some hospitals are required or prefer to internally staff all of their food service operations. If you fall into this category, this may be the program for you.
Key advantages of the Partnership Program
- No Financial outlay to begin operations. The EspressOasisĘ will cover all your startup, hiring and training costs until you are open.
- After opening, you are in full control of the operations and staffing of your location.
- By the first payroll period, you should have enough cash flow to cover payroll expenses and costs of goods sold.
- Ongoing management support. Under this program you will have access to the EspressOasisĘ management support team for equipment maintenance, menu support, training seminars, marketing support and a variety of other support services.
- Product delivery. We will provide you at wholesale costs, all of the products you will need including gourmet coffees, logo cups and lids, menus, daily special boards, bar wares, etc.
- Maximum profits. As your partner in the business we only succeed when you do. We require a percentage of the sales as our commission in this program. As you are handling the ongoing operations your profit margins are slightly higher than in our full service program remains a much more popular final selection.
Limited Partnership Program
There are many hospitals that we are unable to financially support in our other two programs; and still operate a successful coffee bar. There are also many hospitals that would prefer to buy the bar and recieve minimal management support. Discussions with the contacts at such hospitals has helped us create our Limited Partnership Program. Under the Limited Partnership Program we provide our customized coffee bar(at wholesale), installation and startup support, for a one-time fee. In addition, we will provide support for menu creation and initial marketing.

- Gourmet coffee bar with resources to reduce the risks associated with startup.
- Access to a support team for a level of involvement the hospital selects.
- We provide our gourmet coffees and supplies at wholesale costs to the hospital
- Ongoing service support is provided as it relates to equipment and overall bar maintenance.
- No further commissions paid or profit sharing required by the hospital.
