As you will see from the photos here, the views of the ocean are really fantastic. The house sits 3 off the ocean and is a mere 300 feet to the beach. The beach in this area of the Outer Banks is very wide with a very well protected dune. The entry area onto the beach features one of the local’s favorite surfing spots along the Outer Banks with a shelf that allows for great surfing much of the year. Many afternoons you may see 2 or 3 surfers catching the waves before dinner.

The house features 4 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms and two bedrooms with twin beds in each. We have 2 baths on 3 floors. An outdoor screened area wraps around 3 sides of the house except for the back ocean side. It has been very well kept and until 2004 was only rented 6 weeks per year. It has all the standard amenities as well as a few very nice extras:

• 32" flat screen TV with cable, DVD, VCR and XBOX
• Outdoor shower
• Fish cutting station with sink
